My practice is informed by a 25-year career as a dancer and a lifetime study of physical health. In addition to Swedish Massage and Clinical Deep Tissue, my practice infuses Tui Na, Trigger Point work, and assisted stretching. I believe in utilizing a variety of approaches to best respond to my client’s needs.
